Combining the vision and creativity of Thomas Lohr and 032c with the technology at FBFX, the body rig was put to task to capture that “perfect” moment in time, featuring supermodel Malgosia Bela. Working closely with Thomas, the digital assets evolved, sometimes in the most unexpected ways - it was refreshing to collaborate with someone who sees the beauty in a point cloud or a raw 3D scan mesh.

 

One of the highlights was the milling of a life size capture of Malgosia, as our large 7 axis CNC milling robot turned a block of high density foam into the statuesque figure, all caught in a time lapse.
